1. Items Collected

<li>Required: Name, phone number, e-mail address, details of request</li>
<li>Optional: Group name</li>
</ul>
2. Purpose of Collection and Use 
For consultation regarding quotation requests and provision of related services.
 
3. Retention Period 
Personal information will be retained and used for three (3) years from the date of receipt of the quotation service request, and will be destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection and use is achieved or upon the User’s request for withdrawal of consent. However, information that must be retained under laws such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce may be kept for the period stipulated by such laws.
 
Right to Refuse Consent and Possible Disadvantages 
You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information. However, if you do not consent to the collection and use of the required items, you will not be able to use the quotation request service.

<h3>Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties (Quotation Requests)</h3>
1. Name of Recipients 
Korean Air, Asiana Airlines and other domestic/international airlines, railway companies (KORAIL), shipping companies (ferry, cruise), domestic and overseas transportation companies such as tourist buses.
 
2. Personal Information Provided
<ul>
<li>Name, phone number, e-mail address, details of request 
Additional information provided when entered: Group name</li>
</ul>
3. Purpose of Use by Recipients 
Reservation of transportation, operation of on-site events and customer management, provision of services, identity verification, complaint handling, usage confirmation, etc.
 
4. Retention and Use Period 
Personal information will be deleted immediately upon withdrawal of purchase intention. 
However, where a purchase is made, it will be retained for five (5) years from the date of completion of supply for defect repair, etc., and may be retained for the period prescribed by applicable laws where a statutory retention obligation exists.
 
Right to Refuse Consent and Possible Disadvantages 
You have the right to refuse consent to the provision of your personal information to third parties. However, if you do not consent to the collection of required items, you will not be able to use the quotation request service. 
The Company provides collected personal information to third parties only with the User’s consent.
